About Us

The current age of college soccer recruiting has become increasingly complicated. Many programs now prioritize Transfer Portal players with proven collegiate experience and/or International recruits from top academies overseas, leaving American high school players in limbo with fewer opportunities and little guidance.

My name is Darrien Gates II, and I play on the men’s soccer team at Laramie County Community College. I’ve experienced the recruitment process twice – first as a high school athlete and now again as a JUCO player preparing to transfer to a four-year program. Having gone through it twice myself , I fully understand the challenges and uncertainty that the recruitment process brings.

I believe there is a lot of conflicting advice, confusion, and lack of transparency online about navigating the recruiting process. College Soccer Stats exists to solve this by analyzing how college coaches build their rosters and allocate playing time, giving players and families a clearer view of the programs they have the best shot of being recruited by and receiving playing-time at.

What We Do

We research a college soccer program of your choice and provide a clear, easy-to-read, 2-page visual report with key insights on the recruiting strategies and playing-time trends of the program, to help you make an informed decision.

Here is an example of what our products look like:

Our reports dive deep into what youth leagues and locations college programs focus their recruiting attention toward, so that you can understand how to position yourself to be seen by the programs that interest you. We also analyze how the coaching staff allocates playing-time, so you can understand the probability of seeing the field if you commit to said school.

We do all the research for you so that you don’t have to, saving you time while providing you with all of the necessary information you need to make the right college choice!
