Hi, I’m Joshua Wallace — a home-taught cook in the Novi, Michigan area, fueled by love, flavor, and family. I’ve got two amazing kids, a beautiful talented woman by my side, and a deep passion for creating food that brings people together, and new tastes to your buds. Back in 1992, I was the two year old baby that fell from a 9 story building and a bush snagged my diaper before I hit the ground in Southfield, Michigan. Right then and there, proved that I was meant to be something great. What started as a hobby in my own kitchen and selling plates, has grown into a dream of one day owning my own restaurant and food truck. Until then, I’m sharing what I’ve learned from trial, error, and plenty of delicious experiments at home.
