Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of downloadable products are generally final once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded. Digital products cannot be physically returned.

Refunds or assistance may be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

• You received an incorrect file.

• The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

• Another genuine technical issue prevents you from accessing the product you purchased.

Please contact us with your order details if you experience any problem with your purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement file where appropriate.

Refunds will not normally be provided because of a change of mind after accessing or downloading a digital product.
