♡ Purchasing a Product does not grant you ownership of the property; you are only acquiring a license to use the Product under these terms.

♡ Group purchases or file-sharing are strictly FORBIDDEN. Each individual must obtain their own license through a direct purchase.

♡ If you need someone else to UPLOAD an avatar for you, they either HAVE to BUY the avatar as well, or the they can join my server and send me all their information including, Discord Name / Tag, Discord ID, Vrchat User, Email.

♡ You may edit/ modify the product for personal use only

♡ Modified versions of my Products must still adhere to all restrictions outlined in this agreement. Modifying a Product does not grant additional rights to distribute, sell, or share it.

♡ All sales are final.

♡ If you encounter technical issues (e.g., corrupted files), contact me via Discord

♡ Chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals will result in an immediate revocation of your license, and you will be permanently banned from purchasing future Products.

♡ Credit is required when using my Products in public projects or commissions. Including but not limited to platforms like TikTok/YouTube/Vtube/Twitch/Pornhub/Ect. (Which allows you to profit off my model.) You must credit my shop with a link somewhere CLEARLY VISIBLE. Please credit as:

♡Selling, trading, or transferring your license to another person is strictly forbidden. The license is granted only to the original purchaser.

♡ Unauthorized re-uploads of my Products, including modified versions, will result in a DMCA takedown and possible legal action.

♡ Users found engaging in such activities will be permanently blacklisted and reported.

♡ Only way of obtaining my models is by legally purchasing them through my payhip

♡ I am not responsible for teaching software such as Blender, Unity, or VRChat. Users assume Product is suitable for their skills and requirements before purchasing.
