She is also a writer, poet, singer-songwriter, and playwright who writes for Newspapers, Magazines and Internet sites, and whose play, The Healing won an honorable mention in the 1996 Writer's Digest Playwright Competition. Her watercolor illustration prints and those used for products are available from Redbubble.com, Society 6, and Cafepress.com. She is the author of the mystery series, A Nathan Vallor Investigation featuring her RVA-based private investigator.
