License Grant

By purchasing and downloading, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the included sound presets in both private and commercial music projects.

Usage Rights

All included sound presets are royalty-free for use in music productions no additional fees apply.

Exceptions & Limitations

Original melodies contained in arpeggiators are copyright protected and not covered by this license.

Bonus drum loop replicas are provided for demonstration purposes only.

If original melodies or bonus drum loops are used in commercial works, they must be modified sufficiently to avoid infringing third-party copyrights. D4XX MUSIC assumes no responsibility or liability for any copyright violations resulting from improper use.

Prohibition of Redistribution

The buyer may not copy, distribute, resell, or present the expansion (in whole or in part) as their own work.

Copyright

All material remains the exclusive property of D4XX MUSIC.

Refunds & Withdrawal

Once the download is completed, the right of withdrawal expires. All downloads are final and non-refundable.

License Activation & Liability

Disclaimer

The license becomes valid upon successful download of the expansion.

D4XX MUSIC is not responsible for any loss or deletion of the files on the buyer’s side.

Agreement

By completing the purchase, the buyer explicitly agrees to these license terms.
