• This product must be purchased and cannot be extracted from a model you have previously purchased.
• Usage on public models is permitted.
• Usage on free or Nitro models is permitted.
• Usage on commercial models is permitted.
• Usage for vtubing and streaming is permitted.
• Redistribution or sale of the asset on its own is strictly prohibited.
• If the asset is used for streaming purposes, proper credit must be provided in the description and/or panels.
• For commission-based models, both the customer and the commissioner are required to purchase the product.
• My assets are not to be used in any way that could harm my reputation or brand. This includes, but is not limited to, content involving minors, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination. Failure to comply will result in a DMCA takedown.
• Assets provided by me are strictly for use within VRChat and may not be converted or utilized in any other platform or game. Other VR related games, or platforms are allowed. (chilloutVR, sonium etc.)

• Not allowed to upload publicly or for anyone other than yourself.
• Not allowed to share this model with anyone, including friends or partners.
• Vtubing/ Streaming/ Content creation is fine! Please credit in your descriptions when using this model.
• Asset mining is strictly prohibited - please purchase assets from the original sources
• Do not extract or reuse my custom scratch-made assets from my models, they are strictly to be used on said model that has been purchased. If they become available for sale at a later date, you will need to purchase them for commercial use.
• If you are gifting this model, please use Payhip’s built-in gifting system - refunds will not be issued for gifting errors
• If you do not know how to upload, please join the discord for help/ for me to upload. I do not allow anyone else to upload for you.
