Ok, for a bit more clarity on thst statement.

All original characters and designs tgat are NOT based off of preexisting ip's.

IE: I don't own P*kemon or D*gimon. But the designs i create based off those franchises are a Grey area.

But in the case of all "adoptable" characters. They are my property until purchased. Which then, ownership of such a characters is transferred.

Frankly, anything you want.

You bought it? It's your's. This isn't a rental service!

When you buy an adopt. You get the psd work file. So you're allowed to edit the character or even resell it! It's yours!

I have only but 2 stipulations:

1 DO NOT remove my signature from the work file.

2 DO NOT claim full credit of the creation and the character's design

So long as you have your receipt and can confirm yourself. If you ever lose your copy of anything you purchased. I'll gladly resend the copy!

However, this is only up to 2yrs. So ALWAYS backup your data!

Unfortunately no. As these are digital goods and it is completely impossible for both payhip.com and myself to determine if you have completely deleted all copies of the item from all your devices.

That's why the most I can do is if a copy you purchased was corrupted. Is that I can only replace it. Considering you have legitimate proof of purchase.
