Hey. Most people know me as dariusworkout on social media. I’m a 20-year-old calisthenics athlete with over 7 years of training experience. I started from scratch, just like many of you, and fell in love with mastering my body through strength, skill, and discipline. Over the years, I’ve tested countless routines, studied progression methods, and coached others to transform their physiques and unlock new abilities.
