Hi, I'm Issy.

I'm here to give you confidence when starting out in property. It's scary making your first offers, it's even scarier losing money. I've built a toolkit to help you along the way. I never liked numbers or spreadsheets so I've built AI prompts you can use to do the sheet for you but also makes sure nothing gets missed!

Happy Investing!
