NO REFUNDS on ANY product or service.

Since these are digital products there will be no refunds.

Custom graphics will require a $25 consultation fee before any work gets started.

No work will be done before payment in full.

No work will be started without a signed contract.

I need a week's notice for custom orders.

Policies For One On One Coaching Sessions

One on one coaching sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

You may reschedule your coaching session. I do understand that life happens.

However, a $15 reschedule fee applies and you must let me know at least an hour

before our scheduled meeting time.
