Our Christmas decorating planner and other products identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally considered final once the purchased files have been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

No Physical Returns:

Our digital products are not physical items. No products will be shipped, and there are no physical items to return.

Please review the product descriptions and file formats carefully before purchasing.

Download or Access Issues:

If you experience problems downloading or accessing your purchased product, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve technical issues and ensure you can access the product you purchased.

Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases:
