Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of courses and digital products ("Products") on Design Academy №1 ("Website") operated by Design Academy №1 ("We", "Us", "Our"). By purchasing Products from our Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all sales of Products via the Website. 1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately for new orders, and you should review these Terms prior to each purchase.
2. Orders and Acceptance
2.1 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the Products selected under these Terms. 2.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. 2.3 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. 2.4 A contract between you and Us will only be formed when you receive a confirmation email stating that the Products have been dispatched or are available for download.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices on the Website are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. 3.3 Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment gateway we choose to support. 3.4 You warrant that all details provided for the purpose of purchasing Products are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Products ordered.

4.1 Products will be delivered electronically through the platform at https://payhip.com/designacademy1. 4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you can access the Products delivered electronically through the platform. 4.3 If there are any issues with delivery or downloading the Products, please contact us at our Сontact Page.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 We do not offer refunds for one-time course purchases. Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable. Likewise, we are not obligated to provide refunds to users who do not achieve a passing mark for specific lessons or assignments within the course or who are dissatisfied with their final grade. 5.3 We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the criteria outlined in these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Products are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. 6.2 You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce the Products in any form, in whole or in part, without Our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on any content on the Website or downloaded Products. 7.2 Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the total price of the Products purchased.
