Welcome to Design Academy №1 on Payhip! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services provided therein. By accessing or using our platform, located at https://payhip.com/designacademy1, including trial lessons or course purchases, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Definitions
2.1 Design Academy on Payhip: Refers to the website and services provided by Design Academy №1 on Payhip, including but not limited to course creation, hosting, and distribution features.
2.2 User/You: Refers to any individual accessing or using the Design Academy №1 on Payhip platform.
3. Use of Website
3.1 License: Subject to these Terms, Design Academy №1 on Payhip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.

5.2 User Content: You may have the opportunity to submit or upload content to Design Academy №1. By submitting or uploading content, you grant Design Academy №1 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Pricing: Prices for courses and services offered on Design Academy №1 are subject to change without notice.
6.2 Payment: Payment for courses and services must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless opting for the Free Preview lessons, which are available for free without prepayment. We accept payment through PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment gateway we choose to support.
6.3 Refunds: We do not offer refunds for one-time course purchases. Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
Likewise, we are not obligated to provide refunds to users who do not achieve a passing mark for specific lessons or assignments within the course or who are dissatisfied with their final grade.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer: The information provided on Design Academy №1 is for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information contained on the website.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Design Academy №1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the website.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Warsaw, Poland, and the language of the arbitration shall be Polish.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the course organizer commits to processing the personal data of participants in compliance with applicable law. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the course and issuing completion certificates. This data will be stored and protected in a manner that ensures its full protection against unauthorized access. 10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Modification: Design Academy №1 reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the updated Terms on the website.
10.2 Notice: We will notify users of any material changes to these Terms via email or by prominently posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the website after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
