Our health and well-being is the most precious thing we possess and through exercise, we can enhance our quality of life. Being physically active and physically healthy requires us to make a decision to be in motion rather than MOTIONLESS. I am a Veteran. A prior commissioned officer achieving the grade of Lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard, I also served in the United States Navy. I’m also a proud mother of four boys, so I know what it’s like trying to stay fit and healthy keeping up with both career and family. As a trainer, it is my job to motivate, educate and support clients in achieving their goals while living a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness.
