Delivery and Refund Policy

Due to the intangible nature and immediate download availability of our digital products (PDFs, journals, guides, and resources), all sales are final. Once the payment is processed and the download link is sent, no refunds, cancellations, or product exchanges will be issued. The customer is responsible for verifying that the selected product is correct before finalizing the purchase.

Intellectual Property and License for Use

All books, journals, and digital materials are the exclusive property of Didra Lorenzo / EW Life Coaching and are protected by international copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial use license. The total or partial reproduction, free distribution (sharing the file via email or WhatsApp), resale, or use of this material to provide training to third parties without the express written consent of the author is strictly prohibited.

Technical Issues

In the event that the download link does not reach your email after purchase, the customer must contact ewlc@didralorenzo.com by sending their proof of payment to arrange for the manual delivery of the file.

Didra Lorenzo / EW Life Coaching does not process payments, shipping, or returns for these products. These transactions are subject to Amazon.com’s policies. Any claims regarding the physical book's condition or delivery delays must be managed directly through Amazon.
