DocketClarity is a digital product and license-based service delivered electronically.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES are offered once the digital product, license key, download, or access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review the product description, features, requirements, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Product Delivery

A DocketClarity purchase provides electronically delivered digital materials and license-based access.

Because digital products and license keys cannot be physically returned after delivery or access, purchases are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

2. Technical Problems

A technical problem does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you experience difficulty receiving your download, license key, or included access, contact:

DocketClarity will make a reasonable effort to help resolve legitimate technical-access problems.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Nonuse

Refunds will not be provided because:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You purchased the product by mistake.
• You no longer need the product.
• You decided not to use the product.
• You failed to download or activate the product after it was made available to you.
• You failed to read the product description or policies before purchasing.
• You expected services, features, legal advice, or representation that were not included in the product description.

4. No Refunds Based on Legal Outcomes

DocketClarity is an organizational tool and is not a law firm.

Refunds will not be provided because:

• A court or agency did not accept a document or exhibit.
• Evidence was excluded or rejected.
• A filing was rejected.
• An attorney, opposing party, court, or agency disagreed with your materials.
• You did not obtain the ruling, settlement, decision, or other outcome you hoped for.

DocketClarity does not guarantee any legal or administrative outcome.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, contact:

Duplicate-charge claims will be reviewed using the applicable transaction records.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your purchase or payment, please contact docketclarity@gmail.com first so the issue can be reviewed.

DocketClarity reserves the right to provide applicable purchase records, delivery records, license records, product descriptions, and agreed policies when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

7. Non-Waivable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

8. Agreement to This Policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that DocketClarity is a digital product and license-based service and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE once the digital product, license key, download, or access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law/ no refunds.

DocketClarity respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be collected or processed when you purchase, access, or use DocketClarity and how that information may be used.

Depending on how you interact with DocketClarity, information may include:

• Documents, photographs, PDFs, text files, timelines, exhibits, and other materials that you voluntarily choose to upload to a DocketClarity workspace when that functionality is used.
• Basic technical or usage information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• Process and deliver your purchase.
• Provide your digital product and license key.
• Activate and validate your DocketClarity license.
• Provide and maintain your authorized case workspace.
• Save and retrieve your authorized matter when that functionality is used.
• Process or organize materials you ask DocketClarity to process.
• Respond to customer-support requests.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access.
• Maintain the security and operation of the service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Payment Information

Purchases may be processed through third-party ecommerce and payment providers such as Payhip and PayPal.

DocketClarity does not need your PayPal password in order for you to purchase a DocketClarity product.

Payment providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Case Materials and Evidence

Materials you choose to use with DocketClarity may contain private or sensitive information.

You are responsible for deciding what information to provide and for removing unnecessary sensitive information before uploading it.

Whenever possible, redact unnecessary personal identifiers before uploading documents or evidence.

Do not upload unnecessary highly sensitive information, including:

• Social Security numbers.
• Passwords.
• Authentication or verification codes.
• Complete bank or financial-account numbers.
• Complete credit- or debit-card numbers.
• Unnecessary medical identifiers.
• Classified information.
• Material that you do not have the legal right to possess or process.

DocketClarity is an organizational tool and is not a law firm.

Uploading information to DocketClarity does not create an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege.

5. Third-Party Services

DocketClarity may rely on third-party companies and technology providers to operate portions of its products or services.

These may include, as applicable:

• Payhip for ecommerce, digital-product delivery, and license-key functionality.
• PayPal or other authorized payment processors.
• OpenAI/ChatGPT where DocketClarity functionality uses those services.
• Technology, hosting, storage, security, or infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service.

Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

DocketClarity cannot control the privacy, security, availability, or business practices of independent third-party services.

6. Sale of Personal Information

DocketClarity does not sell customer personal information for money.

Customer information is not provided to unrelated third parties simply for them to independently market their products or services to you.

7. When Information May Be Shared

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Deliver a product or service you requested.
• Operate the service through necessary third-party providers.
• Investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, or security threats.

DocketClarity does not intentionally make a customer's private case materials publicly available.

• Maintain transaction and license records.
• Provide customer support.
• Prevent fraud or misuse.
• Resolve disputes.
• Satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or other legitimate business obligations.

Retention may also depend upon third-party providers used to operate portions of the service.

9. Deletion

Where supported, customers may use available deletion controls to delete a saved matter and associated uploaded evidence files.

Certain limited information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for transaction records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

10. Security

DocketClarity intends to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the services it provides.

However, no internet transmission, computer system, electronic storage system, or online service can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for protecting their email accounts, passwords, authentication credentials, devices, and DocketClarity license keys.

You should also keep your own copies of important original documents and evidence.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The DocketClarity storefront and third-party platforms used to provide the service may use cookies or similar technologies for necessary functionality, checkout, security, preferences, analytics, or other permitted purposes.

Cookie choices may also be controlled by the settings offered by the applicable platform or provider.

12. Children's Privacy

DocketClarity is intended for adults managing their own legal or administrative matters and is not designed for independent purchase or use by children.

Subject to applicable law and applicable technical limitations, you may contact DocketClarity regarding access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your purchase or use of DocketClarity.

DOCKETCLARITY TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your purchase of and access to DocketClarity products and services. By purchasing, activating, or using DocketClarity, you agree to these Terms.

1. What DocketClarity Is

DocketClarity is a self-help organizational tool designed to help self-represented individuals organize documents, photographs, evidence, timelines, exhibits, and other case-related materials.

DocketClarity is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

DocketClarity does not:

• Determine whether evidence is admissible.
• Tell you what claims or defenses to make.
• Calculate or guarantee legal deadlines.
• File documents with a court or agency.
• Serve documents on another party.
• Communicate with a court, judge, attorney, agency, or opposing party for you.
• Guarantee that any document or exhibit will be accepted.
• Guarantee any legal or administrative outcome.

Use of DocketClarity does not create an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege.

2. $39 One-Case License

A $39 purchase provides the purchaser with a personal, non-transferable license for one DocketClarity case workspace for one legal or administrative matter.

The license is for the purchaser's own use and may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, shared, published, or distributed.

A separate license may be required for a separate or unrelated matter.

3. License Keys and Account Access

Each license key is intended for the purchaser to whom it was issued.

You are responsible for keeping your license key, email account, passwords, and account credentials secure.

You may not sell, publish, share, or give your license key to another person.

DocketClarity may disable a license reasonably believed to be stolen, shared, fraudulently obtained, refunded, charged back, or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Your Responsibility for Your Case

You remain solely responsible for your legal or administrative matter.

Before filing, submitting, serving, printing, or relying upon any DocketClarity-generated or organized material, you must review it against your original records and the applicable requirements of your court, agency, or jurisdiction.

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy.
• Authenticity of evidence.
• Preservation of original records.
• Redaction of private information.
• Filing requirements.
• Deadlines.
• Service requirements.
• Required copies.
• Court or agency rules.
• Compliance with orders and procedures.

Automated or AI-assisted organization may contain errors. You must review the final work.

5. Uploaded Information and Evidence

You may upload only material that you lawfully possess and have the right to use.

Do not upload unnecessary highly sensitive information such as:

• Social Security numbers.
• Passwords.
• Authentication codes.
• Complete financial-account numbers.
• Unredacted identity documents when unnecessary.
• Classified or unlawfully obtained information.
• Material you do not have the legal right to possess or process.

Whenever possible, redact unnecessary private identifiers before uploading.

6. Third-Party Services

DocketClarity may depend on third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, hosting or technology providers, Payhip, PayPal, and OpenAI/ChatGPT.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

DocketClarity does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee that a third-party service will always remain available or unchanged.

7. Availability and Saved Matters

DocketClarity is designed to permit returning to a saved matter while the applicable service remains available.

However, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability.

You should retain your own copies of important original evidence and any completed packets. DocketClarity should not be your only copy of irreplaceable records.

8. Intellectual Property

The DocketClarity name, branding, product design, instructions, templates, organizational systems, customer guides, and other original materials are protected intellectual property.

Your purchase gives you a license to use the product for your own permitted matter. It does not transfer ownership of DocketClarity intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, copy for commercial use, reverse engineer for resale, or create a competing product substantially based on DocketClarity proprietary materials.

9. Refunds

Because DocketClarity is a digital product and license-access product, purchases are final once the digital product, license key, or access has been delivered, subject to the DocketClarity Refund Policy and any rights required by applicable law. See No Refund Policy - Section - for details.

10. No Warranty of Outcome

DocketClarity is provided as an organizational and self-help tool.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DocketClarity does not warrant that use of the product will produce a particular court ruling, settlement, agency decision, filing acceptance, evidentiary ruling, or other result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DocketClarity will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from reliance on the product, missed deadlines, filing errors, loss of evidence, third-party outages, or decisions made by courts, agencies, attorneys, or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension or Termination

DocketClarity may suspend or terminate access for fraud, unauthorized sharing, unlawful use, abuse of the service, attempts to compromise security, or material violation of these Terms.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the DocketClarity service develops. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.
