All purchases made from Doire or any affiliated entity are subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing, commissioning, or otherwise engaging with Doire, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein. These terms are subject to revision at any time without prior notice.

1. Purchase Agreement

All transactions are considered final upon confirmation of payment. Continued use of any products or services implies full acceptance of the most recent version of these terms and conditions.

2. License and Usage

Products are issued with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal organizational use only. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or unauthorized modification of any files or assets is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate termination of the license, permanent blacklisting, and removal from future access to Doire services.

3. Resale and Redistribution

No product, design, or asset may be resold or redistributed without obtaining a valid Resale License. Unauthorized attempts to distribute or monetize Doire products may result in blacklisting, loss of access, and applicable legal action.

4. Commissioned Work

Doire reserves the right to cancel or decline any commission, at any stage, for any reason including but not limited to violations of content guidelines or internal policy. If a commission is cancelled by Doire, any payments made will be refunded in full.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will be granted only if a commission is cancelled by Doire or if the final product deviates substantially from the agreed-upon specifications. Refunds will not be issued for delays, creative disagreements, or cancellation requests made after work has begun.

6. Platform and Content Restrictions

Doire does not accept requests or commissions that violate the Terms of Service of platforms including, but not limited to, Roblox and Discord. This includes NSFW content, politically sensitive or extremist imagery, unauthorized use of military insignia, or symbols associated with hate groups.

7. Design Rights and Exclusivity

All standard commissions are subject to potential resale by Doire unless exclusivity is purchased through an additional fee. In such cases, the buyer will receive written confirmation of exclusive rights. Where no exclusivity agreement exists, Doire retains full rights to reproduce and resell the design.

8. File Delivery and Modification

Delivery timelines are dependent on commission complexity and production queue. Doire reserves the right to make modifications to completed works for the purposes of quality assurance, compliance, or technical correction.

9. Communication and Conduct

All communication with Doire must remain respectful and professional. Any form of harassment, spam, or abusive conduct will result in immediate suspension of services and refusal of future business.

10. Termination of Access

Access to products, licenses, and services may be revoked at any time if these terms are violated. Doire reserves the right to blacklist individuals, organizations, or entities for any violation or abuse of services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Doire services shall first be addressed through written communication. Should resolution not be achieved, mediation or further legal remedy may be pursued under the jurisdiction applicable to Doire’s place of registration.

12. Organ Forfeiture Clause

In the event of a serious breach of these terms, the offending party shall forfeit one non-vital organ of Doire’s choosing.

13. Acknowledgment

Engagement with any product or service offered by Doire signifies full acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms stated above, including any consequences resulting from violation.
