About Me
I have been navigating the currents of civil society since 1985, working mostly as an organisation development practitioner from Cape Town, supporting civil society organisations near and far. For twenty-two years I called the Community Development Resource Association (CDRA) home, the very place where Alice and the White Rabbit first slipped into the fray in 2003 in an unruly piece called If You Meet the White Rabbit on the Road, Steal His Watch. She has been muttering and making notes from the wings ever since. Until now.
Today, my OD practice continues with Tamarind Tree Associates. I also work with the Barefoot Guide Connection, where we facilitate reflective writing and collegial learning, and curate and find ways to share the hard and beautiful stories, and wisdom, of social change leaders and practitioners worldwide.
