Dr Kasey Hovest

I spent most of my childhood working for my Grammy. She would give us life lesson lectures every day while we made the rosebead necklaces that she sold in her store. Her favorite lesson was on being efficient. She'd spell it out to us, she point out ways we could be more efficient, she'd smack us on the hand when we weren't being efficient 😋 It kind of stuck with me. It helped me through chiropractic school. It's been a lifesaver while I raise 6 kids. It's the reason I'm so passionate about finding ways to use technology to automate whatever possible. I want to pass on that knowledge. I want to be Grammy (without the hand smacking).
