Dr. Sharon Johnson (Dr. J)

I am Dr. Sharon Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of Comtivate Leadership Training & Development LLC. The mission is leadership skills, job satisfaction, and motivation. The vision is to help individuals maximize their God-Given potential, enhance and add value to the lives of others.

My experience is over 30 years in Leadership. I am an Author, Executive Leadership Director, Coach, Speaker Trainer of Maxwell Services, Certified Personality Consultant and Gallup trained in Employee Engagement and Master Trainer of Leadership Programs. I am a Doctor of Business Administration with an IRB approved research on Leadership Skills, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction - A Phenomenological Research Study.

Dr. J Leadership Journey

My journey in leadership has been marked by numerous accolades and achievements, including serving as a Center of Creative Leadership (CCL) Master Trainer and facilitating executive cohorts in managerial leadership programs worldwide. Through initiatives such as Better Conversations Every Day and Lead4Success, I have had the privilege of training and coaching over 5000 leaders, imparting invaluable insights and strategies for success. Moreover, my extensive community involvement, including roles as District Chair for Rotary District 5810 and Chairwoman of the Allen Sunrise Club Rotary Youth Leadership Award, underscores my commitment to fostering future leaders.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor's degree in English, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Business Administration, with a published dissertation on Leadership, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction. My credentials as a certified DISC Personality Consultant, Certified Inclusive Leader, and Gallup Certified Employee Engagement Ambassador further attest to my dedication to creating inclusive and engaging workplaces. Having traveled / trained virtually in countries such as Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Jamaica, London and over 30 USA cities, I have had the privilege of sharing my expertise as an international Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, impacting audiences worldwide. As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, I draw inspiration from my family and faith, as encapsulated in my favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5-6.
