I'm Edgardo Puentes, a systems engineer from Barranquilla, Colombia. For nearly a decade I suffered from severe SIBO, histamine intolerance, leaky gut, and autoimmune dysfunction — dismissed by conventional medicine and left to find my own answers.

Applying the same root-cause methodology I use in engineering, I researched, tested, and built the protocol that healed me completely. My work draws on the frameworks of Weston A. Price, Ray Peat, and Dr. William Davis — combined with nine years of personal experimentation and lived experience.
