Elefteria was born in Athens, Greece. She studied Herbal Medicine, Massage Therapy and Aromatherapy in Athens, completing also a 120-h course in Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology. She is an accredited massage therapist and instructor, and has trained hundreds of students.
She has also attended online aromatherapy training by East West School of Herbal & Aromatic Studies, and is a certified medical translator. She has traveled many times in Thailand, where she studied traditional Thai Massage, Thai Foot Massage & Herbal Packs Massage Lek Chaiya's Nerve-Touch school, completing the Advanced Level. She also studied in Chiang Mai Old Medicine Hospital and is an accredited member of the "Foundation of Dr. Shivagakomarpaj".
She is the director and founder of FLOW - Wellness & Training center in Athens, Greece. She has practiced yoga, tai chi and meditation for many years, and has worked as a care taker in a Gelukpa buddhist monastery in Paros island.
