Digital Products

All products sold by Elevate Blueprint Studio are digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are considered final.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or access has been granted, we are generally unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Eligible Support

Although we do not generally provide refunds for digital products, we are committed to helping resolve legitimate issues. Please contact us if:

• You receive a corrupted or incomplete file.
• You are unable to access your download due to a technical issue.
• You accidentally receive the wrong product.
• Your purchase was duplicated because of a billing or processing error.

If a problem is verified, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement file, restore access, or resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Accidental purchases.
• Failure to read the product description before buying.
• Incompatibility with software or devices that are not listed in the product requirements.
