As a seasoned coach, I've conducted over 1,675 cardio kickboxing classes and have personally trained more than 300 clients. My diverse background includes years as a martial arts instructor and more than a decade as a personal chef.

I am a certified personal trainer, and my teaching history spans vast local and remote clientele, some of whom have been with me for up to nine years. Outside of fitness, I am an avid chef who enjoys crafting new dishes and providing meal plans that support a healthy lifestyle.

Away from work, my interests are as varied as my skills. I’m an enthusiast of both "The Andy Griffith Show" and "Star Trek", reflecting my love for storytelling in all its forms. Additionally, I run an internet jazz radio station, sharing my passion for music with listeners worldwide.
