By purchasing, downloading, or using any products from me, you agree to the following terms.

Ownership & Copyright

All products (including avatars, textures, models, assets, and files) are the intellectual property of enchans.

• You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the product
• You may not claim the product as your own work
• All copyrights remain with enchans

License & Permitted Use

Avatars

You MAY:

• Use the avatar for personal use (e.g., vrchat, social media, streaming)
• Customize/edit the avatar for your own personal use (with credit always being given to what avatar you have edited)
• Use the avatar in content creation (videos, streams, etc.)
• Use the avatar in NSFW or adult-oriented content, be that streaming, photos, or videos (x/twitter, p0rnhub, patreon, onlyfans, etc.)

You MAY NOT:

• Share, resell, trade, or redistribute the avatar (even if edited)
• Upload the avatar publicly in a way that allows others to access or download it
• Make the avatar public on platforms where others can clone or obtain it
• Claim the avatar as your own work
• Rip any mesh or textures off my model for personal or commercial use (you must buy directly from the original creator) 
• Use the avatar in any illegal, exploitative, or harmful sexual content
• Use the avatar in content involving minors in any sexualized context
• Represent the avatar in a way that promotes hate, harassment, or non-consensual themes

Assets (Textures, Models, etc.)

You MAY:

• Use assets in personal and commercial projects (unless stated otherwise at purchase)
• Edit and incorporate assets into your own private/public avatars or worlds
• Use assets in content creation (videos, streams, etc.)
• Use assets in NSFW or adult-oriented projects

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, trade, or redistribute the asset on its own (please just redirect to my page)
• Upload the asset publicly for others to access or download
• Claim the asset as your own work
• Rework the asset to be completely unrecognizable from its original state
• Use assets in illegal, exploitative, or harmful sexual content

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Restrictions

You MAY NOT use any of my products in connection with artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading, feeding, or inputting my products into any generative AI system
• Using the product to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models
• Creating datasets that include the product for AI or machine learning purposes
• Using the product in image, model, texture, or asset generation tools

This applies to all current and future AI technologies. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is allowed for avatars and with assets with commercial license being purchased.

• Monetized content (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) is allowed
• You may NOT resell the asset itself but may included it in for sale models with proper licensing

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products:

All sales are final

• No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your files secure
• Sharing files with others is strictly prohibited
• If a leak is traced back to you, your license may be revoked without refund

Updates & Support

• Updates are not guaranteed
• Support may be provided at my discretion
• I am not responsible for issues caused by user modifications

Liability

Products are provided “as is.”

I am not responsible for:

• Damages, losses, or misuse of the product
• Changes in vrchats uploading standard

Terms Changes

I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, so please check terms each time you purchase anything from me as they're are subject to change!

Agreement

By purchasing or using these any of my products, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
