‣ Do not use my assets as a base for your own and do not alter them beyond recognition.

‣ Only purchase my assets from my Payhip store or Jinxxy. Do not trade or resell them.

‣ Credit my assets properly with a link to my store when using them.

‣ Paid and nitro booster assets can only be used in paid avatars (must be priced 15€ or higher).

‣ Freebies can be used in any avatars. Proper credit is still required, however.

‣ Please contact me if you wish to make a VTuber using my assets.

‣ Item license is only valid when correct information is provided during checkout.

‣ Not following any of these terms may result in a ban from this server and my store or a DMCA.

My products are non refundable due to the digital nature of the products and you immediately gaining non revokable access to them at the time of the purchase.
