If you’ve been meditating for a while you’re probably thinking to yourself “well, what’s next?” “How can I make this dream lifestyle a reality or how can I manifest a specific relationship.” What I will do for you in this blog post is highlight four essentials that have helped me with manifesting acting jobs, financial abundance, as well as opportunities. This blog post will discuss awareness, Palo Santo, Citrine and Rose Quartz crystals and how each can assist you with manifesting your dream life and the happiness you seek from within.
Awareness
From a spiritual standpoint, awareness is the ability to perceive and it is the most essential component to manifesting successfully. Once you have brought your desire into the light of awareness you are then allowing that “I AM,” or thing you call source or God to bring in your manifestation quicker than you can imagine. Once you get yourself in a state of awareness, which suspends thoughts that are in opposition to your desire, you are allowing the desire to flow quicker towards you. Think of awareness as a train in a tunnel with no stops and your desire is the destination, that tunnel is leading you to your destination.
Palo Santo
Aside from awareness, what I have found to be crucial with manifesting is releasing old energy or any blocks to abundance. What this looks like is energetic residue from the night before, possibly you went out with some friends and the remnants of a social conversation is still on repeat in your head. What I like to do is, after coming home from a night out or being at work all day, once I have had my shower, burn a stick of Palo Santo. While blowing out the flame take the wand of Palo and trace the smoke around my body where my aura is while holding the intention to release all that no longer serves me. Remember to smudge the remaining smoke or flame so that you can use the stick for another day.
Rose Quartz
Besides the burning and releasing with Palo, another thing I like to use is Rose Quartz for successfully manifesting. Rose quartz is a crystal that draws on the frequency of love. I like to use Rose Quartz while meditating, which allows me to tune into the frequency of the crystal. It is great for connecting you to your heart chakra. Once you feel the connection during meditation you can then think of your desire and send love to it. After meditating with Rose Quartz I like to thank the divine for bringing in my desire as if it is already manifested.
Citrine
Another crystal you can add to your meditation session is Citrine. This crystal is connected to creativity, improves your manifesting power, brings about cheerfulness, attracts prosperity, and cleanses your aura. When I get into a creative state with Citrine I like to sit and visualize what it is that I want and send it out into the universe thanking it for allowing the creative process to transpire.
So, now you know four essentials that I use to manifest successfully. Put all four essentials together and you are on your way to the life of your dreams. Just remember to put all four essentials into practice daily with a few of your own manifesting techniques and you are a step closer to reclaiming yourself as a powerful manifestor.
