Manifesting An Abundant Life: What you Need to Know

There are many guru’s out on social media that have, and are creating so much abundance in their life with tips, mantra’s, and various rituals. While I do believe that creating your own ritual and mantras for manifesting is important, manifesting doesn’t have to be something that is over complicated. Manifesting is easy, and it mainly requires a lot of focus and energy in the direction of your desire. Similar to this brief blog post, what I’d like to do for you is break down into a few easy, affective ways that you can manifest an abundant life with high vibrational energy. These tips are what I have been using in my day to day experience, and I have seen amazing and fast results with.


Manifesting Tip #1 Begin Your Day With Optimism

This step does not mean that you have to start your day with a positive and cheery attitude. What this means is gradually taking steps to optimize your day. Take for example, you woke up not in the very best mood because you have a lingering memory of an incomplete project from the day before that your boss was not happy with. What you can begin to do is carry out a conversation in your mind of “I know that yesterday was not one of my best days at work, but I know that it’s possible that things can get better today.” What you are diving into here is the possibility of things getting better. From this optimized place of possibility, you can begin to work your way up the emotional scale gradually throughout your day. So, no matter where your are or how you are feeling you can optimize your mood by acknowledging where you are, and proclaiming where you want to be to manifest abundance within your experience.

Manifesting Tip #2 Appreciation on the Hour

This tip is fairly simple and will take about 3 minutes within every hour. You can do this exercise for as long as you’d like, but I would recommend doing this first thing in the morning when you wake up till the time you fall asleep. You can create this habit by setting a timer on your phone to go off every hour. With this exercise, you want to find 3 things that pop up within your mind or you can look for three things around the room to focus on that you can feel appreciation for. You want to mental rehearse why and what you appreciate about these three things.

This exercise of appreciation is not meant to be difficult, if you find it difficult to appreciate something, then move on to another topic or item within your vicinity. What this appreciation exercise is doing is putting you in a better feeling state that will allow more abundance to flow towards you. After finding as many ways of appreciating three things for a couple of days or even hours, you may begin to notice miraculous things happening. I remember doing this once and receiving free items, and money a couple of times. So, don’t underestimate the power of appreciation when manifesting.


Manifesting Tip #3 Visualization Meditation



This is by far my most prized way of manifesting. You can do this again by setting your timer for 10 minutes as many times you’d like throughout the day to manifest abundance. What this visualization meditation does is get you in the feeling of having your manifestation, but also help you to become clear about what it is that you want; seeing it as if it is already done. With this mental exercise, you want to get yourself in a comfortable position and take 3 deep inhales and exhales slowing down your breath. Begin by focusing your attention around your heart space; feeling the energy there then, without loosing the attention of your heart energy start to visualize your manifestation.

What would your manifestation look like, taste like, feel like, and smell like. If you get my drift here, you are getting all of your senses involved which is a pretty powerful manifesting tip that will catapult your manifestion quickly into your experience. When the time is up release the visualization and go about your day feeling as if you already have it. This visualization meditation is a powerful exercise that you can do that will help manifest more abundance into your experience with ease.
