Terms of Service

- By purchasing any product from my store, whether asset or avatar, you agree to the following terms below.

- Fill out the required checkout questions with the correct information. If you do not, your access to any and all products will be revoked.

- Any leaking, file sharing, reselling of my products is prohibited.

- DO NOT FEED MY PRODUCTS INTO AI. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, CHATGPT, GEMINI, CLAUDE, OR MIDJOURNEY.

- My products are licensed specifically for VRChat usage. Do not port my products to games and other platforms, such as IMVU, Final Fantasy, or Somnium Space.

- Do not claim my work as your own, proper credit is required.

- Modifying any of my SFW avatars to have NSFW features will result in a ban from my server and store.

- Can't upload an avatar? Make a ticket in my server and an uploader can help!

- Purchasing an avatar grants you a license that cannot be transferred to another entity.

- Do not take any parts off of my avatars to use. All assets are credited to the respective creators. Purchase from them directly.

- You may edit the avatar, however you must credit me and keep it somewhat recognizable to its original form.

- Streaming and creating content with my models are allowed as long as proper credit is given.

- DO NOT USE MY AVATARS FOR ANY DISCRIMINATORY OR NSFW CONTENT CREATION (FANSLY, TWITTER, ETC).

- CREDIT IS MANDATORY.

- Do not remove any logos/watermarks from the asset texture.

- Do not AI generate textures for my products.

- Do not resell my assets as your own.

- You are allowed to use my assets on free, nitro, public, commercial, and commissioned models.

- All assets must remain part of a fully finished product.
