Refund Requests

Due to the digital nature of our products and the availability of immediate access or downloads, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind once a digital product has been supplied.

However, if you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase or receive an incorrect product, please contact EUNEXIAS so we can investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Where a customer is legally entitled to a refund or another remedy, EUNEXIAS will honour those rights.
