A former professional wedding and special event caterer, Erin owned Gusto on the Go, a mobile catering company in San Luis Obispo, California from 2013-2020. Her love for details and celebrating all of life’s occasions has enabled her to serve more than 400 couples and clients throughout the Central Coast. Erin is a wife, mother to two boys and in constant pursuit of slowing down to enjoy the moment.
