We’re Erica and Jay — the founders of EZ TREATS, now proudly continuing our journey as EZ TRAVELS.

Our story began in Saint Louis, Missouri, where we owned and operated EZ TREATS, a gluten-free and vegan bakery built with intention, passion, and purpose. What started as a small dream quickly grew into a successful bakery loved by our community. Every recipe, every dessert, and every customer interaction shaped who we are today.

But as life often does, our path began to evolve.

With full hearts and curious spirits, we made the bold decision to close one chapter and open another — moving abroad to explore the world. Today, we call Thailand home and continue sharing our journey through EZ TRAVELS, where we document life, culture, food, and the beauty of stepping outside your comfort zone.

While our location has changed, our values remain the same: creativity, intention, and living a life aligned with purpose.
