If my product is purchased from another store, follow their policy and terms.

If tube is from another source you will credit that store instead.

If you want to add something like -- Kit or Scraps by FaerieCharmDesigns

you can. But it is not a requirement. Crediting the tube artist and source is

the most important.

===========FAERIE CHARM DESIGNS - TERMS of USE===========

MAY NOT:

may not use my kit elements/supplies in other kits. That would be stealing!

may not resell, trade, share, give away or the like any of my products.

may not upload to any other site, share in forums, groups or message boards

or through any social media outlets or in emails.

may not print, upload to any print media outlets such as Zazzle, or any other similar

site/business.

There is no sharing. That is stealing. = Piracy.

Thank you for respecting that. You can direct others to my site or blog

that like what you have created with one of my kits...

NO part of my kit can be added to another kit to produce your own scrap kit. Unless it is

clearly marked a CU pack to allow you to do that.

NO tubes in my kits can be added to your own scrap kits or resold unless stated to do so.

You can not use the tubes with other kits. It has to be used WITH the kit you purchased it

with..

That is ripping the kit apart.

Kit can not be combined with another kit.

TIMELINE SET:

The timeline sets I create and offer in my stores are for personal use only.

They are designed to current Facebook dimensions. If they fit in another

social media platform, you may use them elsewhere also.

Do not edit my timeline sets.

Do not share, offer for download, or use any part to create

something new and/or claim as your own.

YOU MAY:

Use your finished product from my kits or packs in tutorials with a text link to that kit,

or my store or blog.

You may create blog layouts/themes, website decor, signature tags, snags,

blinkies, banners, stationary, incredimail letters.

===========CU (COMMERCIAL USE) TERMS==========

My products that are marked CU - You may add to your PU [personal use]

kits that you create.

NO CU4CU, R4R unless marked that way.

Must not include more than 2 of my CU items in your kit.

Must have 50 or more items in your scrap kit.

Must have at least 10 papers

You must credit me (http://faeriecharmdesigns.com) in your TOU/Credits file you include

in your kit or pack. My name is Julie if you wish to include a name other than my store.

You must credit the original artist whenever possible.

Must not be offered for free, unless it is a purchase gift at your store.

Must not be re-colored unless stated otherwise. - some of my CU packs can be edited.

I will include a quick reference file when that is possible.

===========CU, PU, CU4CU AI [artificial intelligence] TERMS=========

I pay to be licensed to create my AI generated works.

Some of my packs can be recolored. I will provide

notices with the pack when that is possible to do with my own items.

My previews will be clearly marked with AI labeling

Same terms apply as with CU terms except that I do not require you to have

50 or more items when creating a personal use kit with my own AI commercial use packs.

Do not put my entire pack into a scrap kit or CU pack, if you purchased it as

CU4CU - this is just on good faith that people are doing the right thing.

Per ZaZa's TOU - items must not be sold as R4R, CU4CU, must not be included in freebie packs,

shared, or given away.

My license allows me to sell in my store as CU.
