By buying/downloading anything from payhip.com/fangs or nosferwaifu.gumroad.com or anything from discord.gg/Gd7nQD49ck - you are agreeing to and accepting all Terms of Use/Service and Conditions to all products by fangs.

1a. - You must be 18+ to be permitted to use any and all NSFW avatars/assets by fangs.

• Users under 18 are only permitted to use/buy SFW assets/avatars - no exceptions.

1b. - No refunds on any and all digital products and services.

1c. - If you are blocked or banned from fangs' payhip, gumroad and/or discord server, you are not permitted to purchase or use any and all products by fangs - no exceptions.

• You lose any and all rights to a product when banned from a store/server, and because of this fangs will use DMCA as needed.

1d. - Users are required to have BASIC Unity/Blender knowledge when purchasing or using a product by fangs.

• For support and help on issues, please join the server.

1e. - fangs is not responsible for any user who fails to read the Terms of Use/Service and Conditions.

1f. - Failure to provide proper info at checkout voids any and all rights to the product.

1g. - You are not permitted to purchase any product by fangs if you are racist, a pedophile, or a rapist.

2a. - Buying an avatar for yourself permits you and only you a personal license to that avatar.

• Gifting an avatar permits only the recipient of the avatar a personal license to that avatar.

2b. - You are not permitted to price split, share, resell, or leak codes to any avatar/avatar files by fangs - nor are any avatars permitted to be uploaded as public.

• Do not upload any avatar by fangs for another person unless given direct permission by fangs.

2c. - You are not permitted to take ANY parts off an avatar by fangs to use for personal or commercial use.

• This includes but is not limited to: assets, head meshes, body meshes, reriggs, etc - nothing is permitted for reuse.
• You must obtain all assets, meshes, etc from the original creator.
• The avatar must remain recognizable as mine.

2d. - You are permitted to edit an avatar by fangs to an extent.

• Edits allowed include adding 2 pieces of clothing, adding 1 hair, adding any accessories, and changing the eye texture.
• You are not permitted to remove anything, change any sculpts, or change the body/face texture on any avatar by fangs.

2e. - You are permitted to use any avatar by fangs you have the license to for VTubing, social media, and as models to showcase textures, assets - but must always credit fangs and provide a link to fangs' payhip store in your description.

• You are not permitted to copy any avatar, Unity material/physbone setting, or sculpt by fangs.

3a. - Commissioned products still adhere to all Terms of Use/Service above.

• Commissioned products are not to be distributed, taken apart or sold in any form.
• Commissioned products are personal license only unless stated otherwise by fangs.

3b. - By purchasing a commission by fangs, you provide the right for fangs to display the product for demonstration/advertising purposes on fangs' payhip - your product will never be sold unless agreed upon.

• You also provide the right for fangs to post and distribute pictures of the product for these same advertising purposes.

3c. - Failure to abide by any and all Terms of Use/Service provided by fangs can and will result in your right to your commissioned product be void.
