# Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how fgraphicsVault ("we," "us," "our") handles refund requests for purchases made through our storefront(s), including Payhip and Lemon Squeezy.

## 1. All Sales Are Final


Due to the **digital, instantly-deliverable nature** of our products, **all sales are final**, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 3 below.


Once a digital product has been purchased, the files are made available to you immediately. Because the product can be downloaded, viewed, copied, and used the moment payment is completed, it is not possible for us to "take back" a digital good the way a physical item could be returned unused. This is the basis for our no-refund policy.


We encourage all customers to **carefully review product descriptions, preview images, and included file formats** before completing a purchase. ## 2. Acknowledgment for EU, UK, and EEA Customers


If you are purchasing from the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, please note the following:


Under consumer protection law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right **does not apply** to digital content that is **not supplied on a tangible medium**, where:


(a) you have given your **prior express consent** to receive the content immediately, before the withdrawal period would otherwise end, and

(b) you have **acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal** once delivery/download begins.


**By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to your digital files and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase, as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (and corresponding national implementing law).**


This is presented to you at checkout (or should be confirmed via a checkbox/acknowledgment at checkout — see implementation note at the end of this document).


Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any statutory right that **cannot** be lawfully excluded or limited under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

## 3. Limited Exceptions


While our default policy is no refunds, we will review requests on a **case-by-case basis** only in the following limited circumstances:


- **Non-delivery:** You completed payment but never received access to your files, and we are unable to resolve the issue through re-delivery.

- **Corrupted or defective files:** The files you received are genuinely corrupted, unreadable, or do not match the product as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement after being notified.

- **Duplicate purchase:** You were accidentally charged twice for the same product in a single transaction error.

- **Unauthorized transaction:** Your payment method was used without your authorization (fraud), in which case you should also contact your payment provider directly.


To request a review under one of these exceptions, contact us at **fgraphicsvault@proton.me** within **7 days of purchase**, including your order number/email used at checkout and a description of the issue. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement file, a fix, or — only where a genuine defect or error cannot otherwise be resolved — a refund.


Refund requests based on **change of mind, misunderstanding product contents after purchase, or dissatisfaction with artistic style** after download will not be granted, as this information is available on the product listing prior to purchase.

## 4. Chargebacks


If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us directly first at **fgraphicsvault@proton.me** before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct contact. Chargebacks filed for digital products that were successfully delivered and accessed, without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, may result in your access to future purchases being restricted.

## 5. How Refunds Are Processed (If Approved)


If a refund is approved under Section 3, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, processed through the relevant platform (Payhip or Lemon Squeezy). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
