What is Caregiver Camp?
Caregiver Camp is a weekend retreat designed exclusively for caregivers to rest, relax, & recharge. Meals, crafts, & activities are all handled, your only job is to show up.
What all is involved?
Caregiver Camp is an activity based weekend. Campers can choose to do everything or just rest and enjoy the meals provided. Activities include crafts, board and card games, seated yoga, word puzzles, and more.

Who facilitates the weekend?
Caregiver Camp is facilitated by the founder or a trusted co-facilitator, whether facilitator-hosted or host-your-own.
What is a facilitator-hosted weekend?
The facilitator selects and books the location, currently a home in the Dallas area, with out of town locations added throughout the year. You just show up, everything is planned and provided.
What is a host-your-own weekend?
Your group selects and books its own lodging (Airbnb, hotel suite, etc). The facilitator still handles meals, activities, and facilitation, just not the venue itself.
Is the facilitator there the entire weekend?
No. The facilitator arrives Friday evening to get things started, returns Saturday morning with breakfast and stays through the day, then returns Sunday morning with breakfast to close things out. They are not on site overnight, though overnight stays may be considered case by case for an additional fee.
What if I don’t want to do an entire weekend?
Caregiver Camp offers multiple options to fit your schedule.

Where is it located?
Facilitator-hosted weekends are currently based in the Dallas area, with out of town locations added throughout the year. Exact address shared with confirmed campers only. Locations outside the Dallas area can be accommodated for an additional fee to cover lodging and travel expenses. Host-your-own weekends can happen anywhere your group chooses.
Who books the location?
For facilitator-hosted weekends, the facilitator selects and books the location. For host-your-own weekends, campers are responsible for selecting and booking their own lodging. The facilitator handles everything else either way.
How many people can attend?
Ideally, groups should be kept small (3 to 6 women) to maintain an intimate and relaxing experience. Larger groups can be accommodated on a case by case basis. Out of town facilitator-hosted weekends will be hosted at larger venues that will accommodate 6 to 10 campers.
What is the cost?
The Weekend package options start at $325 per person. Out of town facilitated weekends start at $650.
What meals are provided?
All meals are provided Friday through Sunday, including opening night charcuterie with wine and sparkling waters, Saturday breakfast & Starbucks, lunch, snacks, and dinner, and a Sunday continental breakfast with Nescafé Coffee Station and a to go box for those who choose to leave early.
Can special dietary needs be accommodated?
Provided meals are set and cannot be modified. Participants with dietary restrictions may request a DoorDash order at no additional cost. The facilitator is not responsible for menu availability, delivery, or order accuracy.
What is included in the swag kit?
Every camper receives a blank tumbler to decorate, self-heating eye mask, herbal tea bags, a Kraft journal & pen, a self care checklist notepad, and stickers earned throughout the weekend. Campers will be able to take home various projects from activities such as a spiral bound coloring book and watercolor painting set. Activities and crafts may vary by season and location.
What are the stickers for?
A fun way to remember and remind you to take time to honor yourself. Stickers are earned by completing activities and milestones throughout the weekend, such as taking a nap, not checking in at home, doing a craft, playing a game, doing a self care session, writing in your journal, doing yoga, a puzzle, or reading a book.
When do I need to confirm my lunch and Starbucks selections?
Lunch and your favorite Starbucks order selections must be submitted 72 hours prior to the start of camp. Availability subject to location.
