All meals, crafts & activities are included.
Friday Night charcuterie, speciality pizzas with wine & sparkling waters, catered breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all day on Saturday, continental breakfast & coffee bar on Sunday.
A variety of self guided and facilitated activities & games - dried flower crafts, beginner embroidery, seated yoga, floral arranging, word puzzles, card games, & more! Activities and crafts may change throughout each season, based on Camp location and number of campers.
All activities are optional.
You may choose to spend your time resting, reading a book or different activity at any time.

Caregiver Camp is currently hosted at private locations in Dallas and surrounding areas. Set locations will be announced as they are confirmed. Visit the FAQ for full details.

The next in-person camp is scheduled for October 23-25, 2026 in Northeast Plano, TX. Spaces will be limited. There is a Getaway Camp at Lake Texoma planned for February 26-28, 2027.

Weekend package options start at $325 per person. Out of town facilitated weekends start at $650. Pricing will also be reflective of location, additional services and chosen meal options. Visit the FAQ for full details.

A facilitated weekend 1 to 2 hours from the Dallas area. This weekend includes transportation, meals, and activities. Currently, Lake Texoma February 2027 and Waco Fall 2027.

Spending a week in medieval villages, enjoying slow mornings, trying new things, walking the gardens, and lounging in various spots outdoors inspired me to bring the spirit of this once-in-a-lifetime experience back home, even if only in small ways. And that’s how Caregiver Camp was born.
I want to give fellow caregiving moms something to look forward to a few times a year, where they can come and just be. No agenda. No speeches or breakout sessions. Just rest, with opportunities to engage in activities on their own terms.
