Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unopened, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Exchange
If you receive an incorrect product, we apologize for the mistake and will ensure it resolved promptly. Contact us with your order number and your personal details, once we receive the incorrect product in its original condition, we'll ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Return items
If a package is retuned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
We recommend double-checking your address details before completing your purchase to avoid additional charges.
Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return or refund. Once you buy these items, you won't be able to return them or get your money back.Be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please, remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
