All orders will be delivered using a trusted courier service. Rates will vary based on distance and the courier service's pricing

i. Local Delivery: Gaborone

• Delivery Area: Within the city limits of Gaborone.
• Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

ii. Outer Delivery: Greater Gaborone

• Delivery Area: Surrounding areas outside Gaborone city limits e.g...Tlokweng, Mogoditshane, Mmopane etc.
• Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

iii. Nationwide Delivery: Regions across the country

• Delivery Area: Locations beyond Gaborone, including cities and towns e.g... Francistown, Maun, Palapye, and others. 
• Delivery Time: 1-5 business days

2.Delivery Notifications

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Our delivery team will contact you via phone or text to confirm the delivery time and address

3.Reshipping Charges

If you’d like the item reshipped to the correct address after it has been returned, we will require that you pay the additional shipping costs.
