About Me
My fitness journey started in high school through football and track, eventually growing into a passion for weightlifting and hybrid training. I studied Kinesiology and Nutrition in college, then shifted my focus toward the creative and business aspects of fitness, specializing in product development and understanding the body through human ergonomics + biomechanics and technology.
Fitness became my outlet through ups and downs, leading to an obsession with physical training. My goal is to become the best version of myself and help others do the same. I'm committed to creating fitness content that motivates and educates, emphasizing that anyone can achieve great results naturally with dedication.
Outside of training, I enjoy making music as a hobby, going to festivals, and traveling whenever I can.
