The Leadership Lab combines short, focused micro-learning lessons with practical application, reflection, coaching, and peer support. The program is unique in its approach to delivery and was designed to fit into busy schedules while giving you the space, time, and structure to put what you learn into practice.
What you can expect in The Leadership Lab:

Build greater self-awareness and understand how your behavioural style influences how you work with others with a custom Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment and report.

Turn insight into action with clear goals focused on your own leadership development.

Short, focused podcast style lessons that are released monthly and designed to fit into busy schedules. Videos share a single core concept, strategy, or framework and are 3-5 minutes in length – making it easy to fit them in while you’re on the go!

Monthly workbooks summarize core concepts and provide assignments that are either self-reflective or experiential.

Each month, you’ll come together with your cohort to share experiences, explore challenges, and learn from one another. Our experienced facilitators have real-world senior leadership experience and deliver workshops that provide space to connect, experiment, and grow, alongside a small cohort of other leaders.

Access experienced leaders and coaches to help you work through real leadership challenges. You’ll apply what you learn to real situations at work, with opportunities for 1:1 coaching on specific questions or challenges.
