These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Four, hereinafter referred to as "Provider" or "I," and any individual or entity, hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You," who purchases in-game models or textures from the Provider for the game VRChat. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from making any purchases.

Avatars/Models:

Redistribution Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from redistributing the purchased avatars or models in any way, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise.

Resale and Trade Prohibition: Users shall not resell, trade, barter, or exchange the purchased avatars or models with other individuals or entities, whether for monetary gain or otherwise.

Upload and Leak Prohibition: Users must not upload or leak the purchased avatars or models to any platform, forum, or community accessible by the public.

Limited Use of Assets/Textures: Users may only use the assets/textures from the purchased model for the sole purpose of using the said model. Any other use of the assets/textures is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Provider.

Assets/Textures:

Proper Use: Users are strictly prohibited from selling the assets or textures provided by the Provider as standalone items without incorporating them into a completed model or avatar.

No Claim of Ownership: Users shall not claim ownership or authorship of the assets or textures provided by the Provider, either in their original form or as part of a completed model.

Restrictions on Free/Nitro Models: Users are not allowed to use the purchased assets/textures on free or nitro models unless explicit permission is granted by the Provider.

Attribution Obligation: Users are required to provide proper credit to the Provider whenever the purchased assets or textures are used. The credit should be prominently displayed in a suitable location near the model, avatar, or artwork in the following format:

Intellectual Property Rights:

Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights, in the purchased avatars, models, assets, and textures remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

Termination:

Breach of Terms: The Provider reserves the right to terminate the usage rights of any User found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, the User shall immediately cease all use of the purchased models, avatars, assets, and textures.

Modifications to Terms:

Updates: The Provider may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the services or legal requirements. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the purchased assets after such changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy:

No Refunds: All sales of digital items are final. As such, the Provider does not offer refunds once the purchase is completed. Please ensure that you thoroughly review the product before making a purchase.
