These terms may be updated at any time. Breaking any rule will result in being blacklisted and banned from my store.

• All sales are final. No refunds will be offered under any circumstance.

• Split payments, shared purchases, or sharing products with friends or family are strictly prohibited.

• If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact me on Discord for assistance.

• You may use my assets on Free, Public, Nitro, and Commercial completed models.

• You may not claim any of my assets or creations as your own.

• You may not redistribute, share, or resell my assets in any form.

• You are not permitted to convert any mesh, model, or asset of mine for use in any game or platform other than VRChat.

• You are strictly forbidden from commissioning, replicating, recreating, or tracing ANY part of my work.

• All characters are created by me. Anyone claiming to own or created them is falsely owning my work.

• I reserve the right to block access or take legal action where necessary.

• You must provide your accurate VRChat username and Discord tag at checkout.

• Failure to provide correct information is considered a violation of the TOS.
