Hi, I’m Amanda!
I create plant-based recipes made with healing ingredients and free of the “troublemaker” foods listed in the Medical Medium® book series (gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, vinegar, nutritional yeast). Through this way of eating, I’ve been able to reverse several chronic symptoms, and now I love showing others how to make delicious meals that don’t feed pathogens but instead nourish and support our bodies.
