Digital products

Our journals, planners, worksheets, mathematics printables, and collections are digital downloads supplied as PDF files or ZIP bundles. No physical item will be shipped. Please read the product description and preview before purchasing.

Change-of-mind purchases

Except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental selection, or an unused product after the digital files have been downloaded.

If you purchased by mistake and have not downloaded the files, please contact us promptly so we can review your request.

Problems with your order

Please contact us if:

• You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
• Your download is missing, corrupted, or contains the wrong files.
• The product materially differs from its description.

We will help restore access or provide corrected files. If we cannot resolve a confirmed problem, we will provide an appropriate refund. Any remedies required by applicable consumer law remain available.

How to request help

Use our store contact form. Include your purchase email address, product name, order or transaction number, and a brief description of the problem. Screenshots are helpful, but please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Please report problems as soon as reasonably possible. If your receipt is missing, check your spam or junk folder.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. The time before the funds appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where those rights conflict with this policy, your legal rights take priority.
