• Grace & Grain is my small business where I specialize in custom crafts, paint parties, and fundraising events. I offer a variety of craft kits, DIY project options, and a subscription service to help you get creative.

• You can place an order through my website or by reaching out to me via email or direct message. If you’re ordering a custom item, please provide all the details (like fabric or color preferences) when you order.

• Absolutely! Many of my products, including angel ornaments, can be customized. For example, you can use fabric from a loved one’s clothing to personalize an ornament. Just let me know what you have in mind, and I’ll make it happen.

• I accept PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App for online payments. I also accept limited cash during events and in-person pickups.

• Signing up is easy! Just subscribe through my website for $30/month. Each month, I’ll send you wood, pictures, and instructions for a new project.

• You can pick up your order at my location in Daily, WV. My pickup hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 3 PM to 5 PM. Please let me know in advance before arriving so I can have your order ready.

Because most of my products are custom-made, I don’t typically offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

• I do! I have a loyalty program where you earn a stamp for each purchase, and after five stamps, you’ll get a free item. I also run seasonal promotions during events like Christmas in July and Black Friday.

• Hosting a paint party is easy! I offer a variety of projects, with prices ranging from $25 to $50 per person. If your party has more than 15 people, you’ll paint for free and get a 50% off coupon for a future class. Contact me, and I’ll help you set everything up.

• I require full payment before starting custom orders. Orders won’t proceed until payment is received.

• Yes! I offer gift cards in various amounts. They’re perfect for gifting someone the chance to choose their favorite craft or paint project.

• My pickup hours are set, but if those don’t work for you, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
