At Grace & Grain, every item is handcrafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

• All personalized items are final sale.
• Custom pieces are made just for you, which means I can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on anything personalized.

• Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days

• If you’re not completely happy with a ready-made (non-custom) item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is on you.

• Oops? Let me fix it.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send me a message within 3 days of receiving it—include photos so I can make it right.

• Sale and one-of-a-kind items are final sale.
• Discounted items and unique custom designs can’t be returned or exchanged.
