My mission and values are expressed everyday by how I live. I am a Virginia
native who now calls Topeka, Kansas home. I attended Independence Community
College and played basketball for two years and graduated with an Associates of
Business degree. During my time at Independence, I received an athletic scholarship to
play basketball for Emporia State University. While at Emporia State University I
graduated with my Bachelor. I focused my expertise on professional communication
with emphasis in public relations and business administration. I am first in my family to
graduate from college with a Bachelors degree. I was determined to establish a career
in which I can be a contributing factor to families and society. I am passionate about
assisting others in achieving their goals: mental, physical, and spiritual health. I have
two children and I am very close to my family. I enjoy athletics, coaching, outdoors, and
