Hi, I'm Hangry Emily and I love food. Did I say love? Because I feel a lot more than that. I am obsessed. Every inch of my body craves food, always. From binge eating and starving myself, I have a come a long way in the last 12 months. Flexible dieting has changed my life and now I can safely say that I have a healthy relationship with food. My passion has become turning 'cheat meals' into meals that I can enjoy every day without feeling guilty or jeopardising my diet.
